The grooming of students and preparing them for a seamless transition from the academic world to the corporate world is a crucial aspect of our responsibilities.
Through various initiatives, such as mock interviews and targeted counseling sessions, we aim to mentor students and ensure they are future-ready. And they speak later............
"Sir, will you be teaching us in the next term?"
This is a question I’m often asked as each term draws to a close. I can’t help but smile in response, knowing that the allocation of subjects and sections rests with the institute’s discretion. From time to time, students share their reflections and feedback through various means.
Given below are a few samples where students from different institutes and courses have expressed their sentiments. More are pouring in.

To Sir with love.
In 2015-2016, I had the privilege of visiting the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies (UPES), Dehradun, where I conducted multiple sessions on Petroleum Supply Chain Management. Among the participants was Arnab, a bright young student attending with his peers. Today, I’m proud to see him excel in a middle management role at Hindustan Petroleum Corporation Ltd., one of India’s esteemed Maharatna public sector enterprises. Even nearly a decade later, he remains in touch, a testament to the lasting connections forged through teaching.
