WRITER

Kumar, as a writer, is at ease both in English and Bengali. He writes on various topics - philately is one of them. Articles penned by Kumar are published both in print and electronic media. Kumar was invited to showcase his energy-themed collection titled "Assam in Indian Petroleum Philately" at the 4th State Level Philatelic Exhibition, held in Guwahati, Assam, during October 12-15, 2022. His article on the subject was featured in the event's souvenir.
